We are also offering to our customers the ability to have access to our nationwide collection agency. If you choose this option, our professional collection agency will actively try to collect monies left owing to you from deadbeat residents. This is a very aggressive procedure of letters, phone calls, wage garnishments, and asset confiscation. Their is no up front fee for us to collect your money, we only get paid if we collect your money. We share what is collected 50/50.
